DAY REHAB The Day Rehab philosophy of having meaningful work and feeling needed and wanted is crucial to the development of one's self-worth, productivity and confidence. Day Rehab offers opportunities to work within group settings and on an individual basis. Consumers gain and refine daily living, social and vocational skills.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT Community Support is an in-home service that provides services to the consumers where they live. Community Support assists the consumer in developing services and supports for successful community living. This program is completely consumer directed and allows support to be on a one-to-one ratio. Our service area covers Boone, Colfax, Nance and Platte counties.
HOUSING Rainbow Center operates a group living facility for ten adults, a minimum of 19 years of age or older. The house is staffed by a house manager and weekend staff. Residents must be able to care for their own needs and set up their own medication. As a resident's skill level increases, Rainbow Center encourages him or her to transition into independent living.
EMPLOYMENT Rainbow Center actively assists people with disabilities to find jobs. Our staff is trained in the area of employment and will work with the consumer and the employer until all feel the consumer is ready to work on his or her own. Rainbow Center has found that, by working with the employer, and the employee we can assist the consumer in a fulfilling work experience.
TEAM SOLUTIONS Team Solutions consists of small groups that meet weekly to learn about understanding mental illness and treatment and working with a treatment team. The groups also provide successful recovery tips, relapse prevention and crisis and stress management. Another component offers information about health, nutrition, fitness and exercise.

Rainbow Center, Inc. contracts with Region 4 Mental Health Services District, Vocational Rehabilitation Services and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services for funding.
